DAVID MIDDLETON GOLF CENTER AT FSU
TYPE: Commercial
ADDRESS: 2550 Pottsdammer Road, Tallahassee, FL
The David Middleton Golf Center at Florida State University is a 30,000 square foot $6 million facility completed in 2001. The project took ten months to complete including the demolition of the old golf facility and the construction of three new golf greens and a new driving range, all of which were accomplished without halting play on the popular Florida State University golf course. This architecturally distinct Jacobean structure was ranked as one of the nation's seven top collegiate golf facilities and houses the Florida State University's College of Hospitality Professional Golf Management School as well as the course club house bar and grill.
